1. Your vacation package is valid for the dates that your reservation has been confirmed for. All vacation packages must be paid in full in

order to request reservation travel dates.

2. Accommodations are based upon availability. Every effort will be made to secure your accommodations. However, your reservation

may be moved to a comparable facility if your original accommodations are not available.

3. Once reservations are made, any changes or revisions must be requested in writing by mail and received by Oak Plantation Resort

fourteen (14) days prior to your confirmed travel dates and is subject to a $50.00 nonrefundable fee. A one night lodging fee will be

assessed for any changes, revisions, or cancellations made within fourteen (14) days prior to arrival. Accommodation facility may

request a security deposit upon check-in. Oak Plantation is not responsible for delay or cancellations

due to strikes, mechanical breakdowns, acts of nature, or any airline rescheduling or cancellations.

4. Your vacation package is fully transferable and subject to a non-refundable $50.00 processing fee. Transferee must meet all terms and

conditions specified herein and a written request must be submitted to Oak Plantation to the address stated below. Airfare, ground

transportation, tickets, taxes, gratuities, telephone charges and all other incidentals are not included in this vacation (unless otherwise

specified).

5. Extra nights are available at discounted rates and are also based upon availability. If your requested additional night(s) occur during a

holiday/special event, a peak season rate will apply.

6. Tour:

a. you must attend a two (2) hour sales presentation for an Oak Plantation property (no recreational vehicles or pets are allowed at the sales

presentation);

b. if married or cohabitating, both parties must attend the sales presentation, have a combined gross minimum income of $40,000.00 per

year and must be between 25 and 68 years of age; if single, a gross minimum income of $40,000.00 is required and you must be

between 30 and 68 years of age; single does not constitute separated

c. you must speak and understand fluent English or Spanish;

d. you must present a valid driver’s license or state issued ID and a major credit card or checkbook at tour desk for identification; if you

are not a U.S. citizen, you must present a passport with a valid entry stamp and a major credit card or checkbook at tour desk for

identification;

e. failure to attend the two (2) hour sales presentation at the scheduled tour date and time, or failure to meet the above criteria at time of

vacation package purchase and time of travel, will result in a $200.00 no tour fee in addition to the cost of your vacation package.

7. You may cancel this contract within 10 days of receipt of your vacation package. If you decide to cancel, you must notify us in writing of

your intent to cancel by returning these materials and sending notice to Oak Plantation  4090 Enchanted Oaks Circle
Kissimmee, FL 34741 . Telephone cancellations will not be honored.

8. All prices and income criteria are based on U.S. currency. You may not attend the sales presentation on day of arrival or departure. No

group tours of more than two families from the same person allowed during the same week. Previous participants, current owners, and

Tempus Resorts International employees and their families are ineligible for this promotion. Residents of the following state of Florida

counties are not eligible for this offer: Brevard, Volusia, Lake, Orange, Osceola, Polk and Seminole. This offer cannot be used in
