Preview Rate Terms & Conditions:

This advertising material is being used for the purpose of soliciting sales of a vacation ownership (timeshare) plan.

Packages

  1. Your vacation package is valid for eighteen (18) months from your date of purchase.
  2. All vacation packages must be paid in full in order to request reservation travel dates.
  3. Accommodations are based upon availability. Every effort will be made to secure your accommodations. However, your reservation may be moved to a comparable facility if your original accommodations are not available.
  4. Reservations must be made at least sixty (60) days from your anticipated travel dates. However, you may request earlier booking dates, and we will attempt to accommodate your requested dates.
  5. Once reservations are made, any changes or revisions must be requested in writing by mail and received by Tempus fourteen (14) days prior to your confirmed travel dates and are subject to a $50.00 non-refundable fee & one night lodging fee will be assessed for any changes, revisions, or cancellations made within fourteen (14) days of arrival.
  6. Your vacation package is fully transferrable and subject to a non-refundable $50.00 processing fee. A written request must be submitted to Tempus. Once a package expires, it cannot be reinstated; however, for a $50.00 fee, you may extend your package one time, for one year, prior to its expiration.
  7. Transportation, tickets (unless otherwise specified), gratuities, telephone charges and all other incidentals are not included in this package.
  8. Extra nights are available at discounted rates and are also based upon availability. If your requested additional nights(s) occur during a holiday/special event, a peak season rate will apply.
  9. Tour:
    • You must attend a 90 minute sales presentation for a Tempus property (no recreational vehicles or pets are allowed at the sales presentation);
    • If married or cohabitating, both parties must attend the sales presentation;
    • If married or cohabitating, you must have a combined minimum income of $35,000.00 per year and must be between 25 and 67 years of age; if single, a gross income of $30,000.00 is required and you must be between 30 and 67 years of age; if married, cohabitating, or single, you must be employed full time (not retired) and you must speak fluent English or Spanish;
    • You must present a valid driver’s license and a major credit card at tour desk for identification; if you are not a U.S. citizen, you must present a valid passport and major credit card or checkbook at tour desk for identification;
    • Failure to attend the sales presentation at the scheduled tour date and time, or failure to meet the above qualifications, will result in a $200.00 no tour fee in addition to your package.
  10. You may cancel this contract within 10 days of receipt. If you decide to cancel, you must notify us in writing of your intent to cancel by returning these materials and sending notice to Tempus International Marketing Enterprises, Ltd. ATTN: Customer Service, 5259 West Oakridge Road, Orlando, FL 32819. Telephone cancellations will not be honored.
  11. Guests that have toured Mystic Dunes Resort & Golf Club in the last 12 months, current owners, and Florida residents of Orange, Seminole, Osceola, Brevard, Volusia, Lake and Polk counties are not eligible for the Preview Rate.

Tickets / Dinner Shows / Golf

Provisions of offer: There is no obligation to purchase anything. No one is excluded from our preview or resort ownership. The following criteria must be met in order to receive your tickets:

  1. You must attend our 90-minute sales presentation. If married or cohabitating, both parties must attend together. Tickets will be presented at the conclusion of the tour.
  2. If married or cohabitating, you must have a combined minimum income of $35,000.00 per year and must be between 25 and 67 years of age; if single, a gross income of $30, 000.00 is required and you must be between 30 and 67 years of age; if married, cohabitating, or single, you must be employed full time (not retired) and you must speak fluent English or Spanish.
  3. You must present a valid driver's license and a major credit card at tour desk for identification; if you are not a U.S. citizen, you must present a valid passport and major credit card or checkbook at tour desk for identification.
  4. No refund for tickets will be issued if Guest fails to attend the sales presentation at the scheduled tour date and time. If the Guest fails to meet the above qualifications and would still like to purchase tickets, a charge of the full retail rate will apply.
  5. Must have spent prior night in motel, hotel, resort condo, or vacation rental in the Orlando area and are not staying in a campground, with family/friends, or driving an RV.

Additional tickets or rounds of golf are available. Ask your Orlando Travel Specialist for more information. One gift per vehicle, family or group. (Maximum 8 persons, limit 4 adults.) Owners and guests staying at Mystic Dunes Resort & Golf Club are not eligible for this offer. Guests that have previously previewed the resort within 12 months are not eligible for this offer. Guests that have previewed the resort twice within a period of 36 months are not eligible for this offer. No Guest is eligible for this offer more than 3 times. No campers or pets allowed on property. Residents of Brevard, Volusia, Lake, Orange, Osceola, Polk and Seminole counties are not eligible for this offer.

  10. YOU MAY CANCEL THIS CONTRACT WITHOUT ANY PENALTY OR OBLIGATION WITHIN 30 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE OR RECEIPT OF THE VACATION CERTIFICATE, WHICHEVER OCCURS LATER. YOU MAY ALSO CANCEL THIS CONTRACT IF ACCOMMODATIONS OR FACILITIES ARE NOT AVAILABLE PURSUANT TO A REQUEST FOR USE AS PROVIDED IN THE CONTRACT. IF YOU DECIDE TO CANCEL, YOU MUST NOTIFY THE SELLER IN WRITING OF YOUR INTENT TO CANCEL BY RETURNING THE CERTIFICATE AND SENDING NOTICE TO TEMPUS INTERNATIONAL MARKETING ENTERPRISES, LTD. (TIME) AT 5259 W. OAKRIDGE ROAD, ORLANDO, FLORIDA 32819. NO PURCHASER SHOULD RELY UPON REPRESENTATIONS OTHER THAN THOSE INCLUDED IN THIS CONTRACT. THIS CONTRACT IS FOR THE PURCHASE OF A VACATION CERTIFICATE AND PUTS ALL ASSIGNEES ON NOTICE OF THE CONSUMER’S RIGHT TO CANCEL UNDER SECTIONS 559.993 AND 559.927 OF FLORIDA STATUTES.
